Paradigma de la activación. Librados a su suerte: bajo la lógica del sálvese quien pueda

Abstract

En este artículo se presentará un análisis exploratorio de fuentes bibliográficas e investigación documental con el objetivo principal de presentar el modelo de activación, discutir en torno al concepto y luego analizar el emprendedurismo como una posible expresión de dicho paradigma. Se torna pertinente establecer que el tema elegido toma importancia en un contexto institucional donde se ve al siglo xxi como sucesor de las políticas recesivas, teniendo que enfrentarse al deterioro de las políticas de corte neoliberal de fines del siglo xx. En Uruguay en el 2005 asume el Frente Amplio (fa) en el gobierno nacional y permanece durante dos períodos consecutivos. Se estudian las secuelas y el impacto del sistema ideológico político precedente en la sociedad uruguaya mediante el análisis de indicadores y del mercado de trabajo de la crisis del año 2002 que atravesó Uruguay, así como también la evolución y el nuevo tratamiento que dio el fa a los problemas sociales. Se discutirá en torno al paradigma de activación, los elementos que lo forjan y se buscará exponer el emprendedurismo como una posible expresión de dicho paradigma, trayendo el ejemplo de Emprende Uruguay.

In this article, an exploratory analysis of bibliographic sources and documentary research will be presented with the main objective of presenting the activation model seeking to discuss this concept then analyzing entrepreneurship as a possible expression of said paradigm. It becomes pertinent to establish that the chosen topic takes on importance in an institutional context where the 21st century is seen as the successor of recessive policies, having to face the deterioration of Neoliberal policies of the late 20th century. In Uruguay in 2005, the Broad Front assumed the national government, again for two consecutive terms. The consequences and impact of the preceding political ideological system in Uruguayan society are studied through the analysis of indicators, the labor market of the 2002 crisis that Uruguay went through, and the evolution and new treatment that the fa gave towards social problems. The Activation Paradigm will be discussed, the elements that forge it, and entrepreneurship will be sought to be exposed as a possible expression of said paradigm, bringing the example of Emprende Uruguay.
