Habitar desde la periferia: un estudio de caso del Complejo Habitacional 86 para jubilados y pensionistas

Abstract

El artículo propone conocer cómo vivencian los efectos de la segregación territorial los habitantes del Complejo Habitacional número 86 ubicado en el barrio Tres Ombúes, el cual pertenece al Programa de Soluciones Habitacionales. Para dar respuesta a este objetivo, se realizaron entrevistas a los residentes rescatando una mirada situada desde la periferia. A partir de estos relatos, se lograron hallazgos que marcan una valoración positiva y compartida en relación con el acceso a la vivienda, y con matices cuando nos centramos en sus viviendas en Tres Ombúes. Se indagó cómo es percibido el territorio habitado, el impacto en sus redes sociales y la relación entre ubicación geográfica y el acceso a servicios e infraestructura ofrecidos por la ciudad. De este análisis, se reconoce un habitar que oscila entre el gozo de poder proyectar allí su vida o sufrir la espesura del paso del tiempo teniendo como objetivo el traslado hacia otra ubicación geográfica.

This article proposes to know how the inhabitants of Housing Complex number 86, located in the Tres Ombúes neighborhood, which belongs to the Housing Solutions Program, experience the effects of territorial segregation. To respond to this objective, interviews were conducted with the residents, rescuing a view from the periphery. From these accounts, findings were obtained that show a positive and shared assessment concerning access to housing and nuances when we focus on their homes in Tres Ombúes. We investigated how the inhabited territory is perceived, the impact on their social networks, and the relationship between geographic location and access to services and infrastructure offered by the city. From this analysis, we recognize a dwelling that oscillates between the joy of being able to project their lives there or to suffer the thickening of the passage of time with the objective of moving to another geographic location.
