| Resumen: | The current state of electrical energy exchanges between the countries of the Southern Cone is presented. It is identified that with the current restrictions, interconnection capacity will continue with a use of less than 20%. The main restriction is identified and an improvement mechanism is proposed without compromising the security of the systems. |
