Conocimientos sobre los hábitos higiénicos de la vulva en adolescentes del liceo N°26 Liber Falco

Abstract

La temática fue seleccionada a partir de la experiencia como estudiantes durante la carrera, donde la mayor parte de las consultas en policlínica eran por recurrencias de IGB. Al momento de la anamnesis, encontramos como factor común en la mayoría de las usuarias el desconocimiento sobre la higiene y cuidados genitales. A la hora de investigar el programa de salud sexual y reproductiva de ciclo básico y bachillerato. Encontramos que el abordaje se da mayormente desde la prevención de ITS, anticoncepción y prevención de embarazo. No encontramos ninguna unidad sobre infecciones genitales, higiene genital o su prevención. Destacando la importancia que tenemos las Obstetras Parteras en la promoción de salud sexual y reproductiva y prevención de ITS, sentimos la necesidad de analizar los conocimientos sobre hábitos higiénicos de la vulva en las adolescentes del instituto de enseñanza secundaria N°26 Liber Falco que cursan bachillerato Para llegar a ese análisis vamos a identificar las fuentes de información sobre la higiene vulvar, evaluar los conocimientos sobre el ciclo menstrual, y cómo influye este sobre las secreciones vaginales. Para esto vamos a realizar una investigación cuantitativa, no experimental ya que no se realizará ningún tipo de intervención, de diseño transversal, correlacional, prospectiva. El método de recolección de datos será una encuesta cerrada de carácter anónimo a todas las mujeres adolescentes que accedan a participar de la investigación, dicha encuesta es centrada en los conocimientos que tienen con respecto a la higiene genital, las IGB, su prevención y su fuente de información, además de experiencias anteriores entre otras. Seleccionamos como población objetivo a adolescentes comprendidas entre 15 y 19 años que cursan bachillerato en el liceo Liber Falco. El tiempo de ejecución de la investigación será de 7 meses en el año 2022- 2023. Para llevar a cabo nuestra investigación tomaremos en cuenta distintas consideraciones de carácter ético y profesional. Tomando en cuenta la normativa vigente (Decreto N° 158/019), la investigación se encuentra centrada en realizar un aporte a la comunidad científica, basándose en la preservación de la dignidad y salud de los participantes. En este caso será de carácter anónimo. A partir del análisis y discusión de los datos obtenidos, esperamos detectar dónde se encuentran las falencias con respecto al tema abordado, con el fin de poder intervenir posteriormente en la población objetivo.

To arrive at this analysis, we will identify the sources of information on vulvar hygiene, evaluate knowledge about the menstrual cycle, and how it influences vaginal secretions. For this we are going to carry out a quantitative, non-experimental research since no type of intervention will be carried out, with a cross-sectional, correlational, prospective design. The data collection method will be a closed anonymous survey of all adolescent women who agree to participate in the research, this survey is focused on the knowledge they have regarding genital hygiene, IGB, its prevention and its source. of information, in addition to previous experiences among others. We selected as target population adolescents between 15 and 19 years old who attend high school at the Liber Falco high school. The execution time of the investigation will be 7 months in the year 2022-2023. To carry out our research we will take into account different ethical and professional considerations. Taking into account current regulations (Decree No. 158/019), the research is focused on making a contribution to the scientific community, based on the preservation of the dignity and health of the participants. In this case, it will be sought that it be anonymous. From the analysis and discussion of the data obtained, after applying the aforementioned methodology, we hope to obtain some variables that are related to each other, taking into account the context of the target population.
