Abuso sexual infantil y Hora de Juego Diagnóstica : el juego en el niño abusado sexualmente

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo indagar mediante un recorrido por varios autores clásicos y contemporáneos, la temática de abuso sexual infantil (ASI) y hora de juego diagnóstica, para finalmente profundizar en el juego característico del niño víctima de abuso sexual. Para comprender esto último se realiza un exhaustivo análisis de ciertas cuestiones teóricas para su mejor entendimiento y se divide al trabajo en dos grandes partes. En la primera se realiza una revisión bibliográfica interdisciplinaria acerca del abuso sexual infantil. Para la comprensión de esta problemática se realiza un recorrido histórico del abuso sexual infantil a lo largo de las diferentes épocas y se analiza en conjunto el concepto de infancia y su evolución hasta la concepción actual que se tiene del niño. Sobre el abuso sexual infantil se estudian los diferentes tipos de abuso, los mitos que existen, las fases y la forma en que el agresor se acerca logrando capturar al niño, es decir el mecanismo abusivo. En la segunda parte, se profundiza especialmente desde los planteos de la Psicología, en el diagnóstico del abuso, las técnicas para poder llevar a cabo el mismo, destacándose entre estas la Hora de Juego Diagnóstica y arribar finalmente en el estudio de los juegos del niño víctima de abuso sexual.

This work aims to investigate through by means of a tour by several classic and contemporary authors, the subject of child sexual abuse (CSA) and hour of diagnostic game, to finally deepen in the characteristic game of the boy victim of sexual abuse. In order to understand the latter, an exhaustive analysis of certain theoretical issues is carried out to better understand it and the work is divided into two major parts. In the first, an interdisciplinary bibliographic review on child sexual abuse is carried out. In order to understand this problem, a historical overview of child sexual abuse is made throughout the different periods and the concept of childhood and its evolution are analyzed together with the current conception of the child. About the child sexual abuse the different types of abuse are studied, the myths that exist, the phases and the way in which the aggressor approaches getting to capture the child, that is, the abusive mechanism. In the second part, it is deepened especially from the approaches of Psychology, in the diagnosis of child sexual abuse, the techniques to be able to carry out the same, standing out among these the Diagnostic Game Time and finally arrive in the study of the child's games victim of sexual abuse.
