Resumen:
En este artículo se presenta el desarrollo de modo analítico y con la intención de poner en debate en el campo del trabajo social la categoría de intervención en términos de la multidimensionalidad que la constituye: política, ética y educativa. Concibiendo esta última como la intencionalidad de transformar la realidad social. En este sentido sostenemos que la base de la acción de la intervención es previa y tiene que ver con su construcción y posicionamientos teóricos. Así, argüimos que los lazos establecidos en la intervención deben generar reflexividades sociales, políticas, históricas y económicas en y con los y las nadies. Es decir, hay un proceso educativo (no escolar) que debería generar las reflexiones sobre la emancipación y opresión de aquellas y aquellos con quienes decidimos intervenir a partir de sus necesidades.
This article analytically presents the intervention category and puts it into a debate in social work. Concerning its multidimensionality, it is political, ethical, and educational, with a significant emphasis on the latter. We conceive the educational dimension as the intention to transform social reality. In this sense, we maintain that the basis of the action of the intervention is prior and has to do with its construction and theoretical positioning. Thus, we argue that the ties established in the intervention must generate social, political, historical, and economic reflexivity in and with the nobodies. This educational process is not just a part of the intervention, but a significant aspect that should create reflections on the emancipation and oppression of those with whom we decide to intervene based on their needs.
