The purpose of the paper is to analyze the situation of paid domestic workers and their labor relations in Entre Ríos (Argentina), in the context of COVID-19. Three axes are addressed: the first, the conditions of instability, precariousness and loss of income faced by a high percentage of women workers; the second, labor relations and, particularly, the affective component of the same; the third, socialization networks and unions, thought of as spaces that allow us to collectively face the instability -economic and affective-. Regarding research techniques, we use semi-structured interviews to workers and trade union referents. We argue that the pandemic reissues, deepens, exacerbates, and shows precariousness that historically characterize this sector, and at the same time, collective constructions are even strengthened.
