Resumen:
En este trabajo se ha estudiado el trompe-l’oeil como un fenómeno artístico-perceptivo,
atendiendo a las razones y el modo en que su configuración es capaz de entrampar la
mirada del espectador. Se ha buscado con esto contribuir a enmendar una brecha en la
literatura, a la vez que ampliar el campo de estudio desde la pintura hacia los terrenos de
la fotografía y el cine. Para llevar a cabo el propósito exploratorio de esta investigación,
se ha adoptado un enfoque fenomenológico-hermenéutico, reparando tanto en lo
representado, como en el contexto de producción, en el contexto expositivo y en el
contexto de recepción. Finalmente, los resultados obtenidos de entre las tres disciplinas
se sintetizaron, evidenciando la complejidad, actualidad y relevancia que tiene el trompel’oeil
como un objeto de estudio para diversos ámbitos de la ciencia.
In this research, trompe-l’oeil has been studied as an artistic-perceptive phenomenon, focusing on the reasons and how its configuration is able to catch and deceive the viewer’s gaze. The aim has been to contribute to mending a gap in literature, as well as to broaden the field of study from painting to the field of photography and cinema. In order to accomplish the exploratory purpose of this study, a phenomenological-hermeneutic approach has been adopted, considering both what is being represented along with the production context, in the exhibition and the reception context. Finally, the obtained results from the three disciplines were synthesized, witnessing the complexity, contemporaneity, and relevance that trompe-l’oeil has as an object of study for various fields of science.
