El documento presenta los resultados de la Segunda Encuesta sobre salud y acceso a cuidados médicos durante la emergencia sanitaria originada por el COVID-19 en Uruguay, realizada entre 1 de junio y el 5 de julio de 2021 a 1569 personas mayores de 18 años residentes en Uruguay. Se relevó información para el período comprendido entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de mayo de 2021, con aumento de movilidad y alta circulación del SARS-COV2, a efectos de comparar los resultados con la Primer Encuesta realizada para el período comprendido entre el 13 de marzo y el 30 de mayo de 2020, de reducido número de contagios y gran acatamiento a las medidas de distanciamiento físico.
We present the results of the Second Survey on Health and Access to Medical Care during the health emergency caused by COVID-19 in Uruguay. It was carried out between June 1 and July 5, 2021 to 1569 people over 18 residing in Uruguay. Information was collected regarding the January 1 - May 31 period, were there was a high circulation of SARS-COV2 with increased mobility levels. Results were compared with those of the First Survey, carried out between March 13 and May 20, 2020, with reduced number of infections and a great compliance with physical distancing measures.
