Análisis de la legislación argentina de regulación, control y sanción de la actividad empresarial en materia de trabajo no registrado a propósito de la reciente sanción de las Leyes 26.940 y 26.941. Consideración de los resultados alcanzados desde el año 2003 y propuestas alternativas a la luz de la representación sindical en la empresa y de la estabilidad impropia del asalariado privado.
