La cuestión de la infracción adolescente a la Ley Penal, viene adquieriendo cada vez, mayor relevancia política en nuestro país. Su relevancia no está dada solamente, por su fuerte presencia en los contenidos de agenda o en las modalidades discursivas de la política y sus agentes. De una, u otra forma, en esta actual problematización de la infracción adolescente, las formas históricas que daban cuenta de procesos distintivos entre “izquierdas y derechas” en el pensamiento histórico de las modalidades explicativas del crimen y el delito, acusan hoy, un fuerte
desdibujamiento.
Sistematizar las manifestaciones empíricas del fenómeno de la infracción adolescente en el Uruguay, describir el escenario de las transformaciones legales e institucionales que lo regulan normativamente y explorar las modalidades discursivas y las representaciones sobre esta problemática, constituyen el contenido central de este trabajo.
The issue of teen Penal Law offense comes adquieriendo increasingly more political relevance in our country. Its importance is not given only by its strong presence in the contents calendar or discursive modes of politics and its agents. In one way or another, in this current problematization of teenage infringement, the historical forms distinctive processes realized between "left and right" in historical thinking of the explanatory forms of crime and crime, accuse today, a strong blurring. Systematize the empirical manifestations of the phenomenon of adolescent offense in Uruguay, describe the setting of legal and institutional changes that regulate normatively and explore the discursive modalities and representations on this issue, are the core content of this work.
