This final degree project describes the process of creating a Strategic Communication Plan (SCP) developed in 2025 in collaboration with the “Red de Escenarios Populares” (Network of Popular Stages), an organization composed of neighbors who work voluntarily to bring culture to all neighborhoods at a low cost, focusing on cultural decentralization. The main objective of this project is to contribute to strengthening the internal communication of the organization through a pre-professional intervention and It arises from a communication diagnosis conducted in 2024, which identified the organization’s main communicational needs and challenges. The project is structured in several stages, it begins with a conceptualization of the organization and the theoretical concepts guiding its development, along with an analysis of previous studies. It then presents a methodological framework with a qualitative approach that describes the process carried out throughout the project. Finally, the last stage is devoted to the design of the SCP, the proposed actions, and the conclusions. The research results revealed the need to implement actions that promote a more strategic communication that supports the growth of the organization and enables the effective dissemination of information.
