El presente trabajo consiste en un proyecto de intervención de comunicación organizacional en la ONG Vida Silvestre la cual centra su labor en competencias medioambientales y biodiversidad en el Uruguay. A partir del análisis y planificación se busca comprender los procesos comunicacionales y generar en ésta, capacidades institucionales que aporten al cumplimiento de sus propósitos como organización en los nuevos escenarios en los que se encuentra. Este trabajo de corte cualitativo, aborda las características del contexto interno como las externas para luego analizarlas en base a los diversos aportes teóricos utilizados, como también se analiza su estructura, la función y relación de sus actores y los vínculos que establece con su contexto. Del mismo modo, se desarrollaron éstos aspectos en el contexto de cambio organizacional. Finalmente, se identifican en su contexto organizacional y sociocultural, las competencias existentes de la organización para gestionar su identidad. Este trabajo aborda los desafíos de la organización Vida Silvestre para atender a sus necesidades actuales y futuras. Particularmente, se emprenderán aspectos relacionados a su identidad y el vínculo con sus públicos en un contexto de cambio organizacional.
The research work consists of an organizational communication project intervention at “Vida Silvestre” NGO, which focuses its efforts on environmental competences and biodiversity in Uruguay. On the basis of the scheduling and analysis of variables, it is intended to understand the communications processes and develop the institutional capacities that contribute to the enforcement of their goals as an organization in the new scenarios in which they find themselves. This is a qualitative paper in the methodological framework that provided to the investigation relevant information and enabled its comprehension in the different dynamics. The internal and external context characteristics are addressed in order to analyze them on the basis of several theoretical contributions. At the same time, its structure is perceived as well as the function and connection between their actors and the linking that are established in the context. Finally, the existing competences of the organization are identified on its socio-cultural and organizational context, its identity. Thereafter that approach is how it is intended to take action in the “Vida Silvestre” challenges in order to meet their needs nowadays and in the future. Especially, aspects related to their identity and the link with their audiences in a context of organizational change will be undertaken.
