El trabajo que aquí se presenta, intentará articular los aspectos fundamentales establecidos en el marco del Plan Nacional de Cuidados 2016-2020 con la realidad de un proceso de implementación de Casa comunitaria de Cuidados para la primera infancia, en el medio rural. Intentando indagar de forma constructiva en esta política social y los aspectos a mejorar para una mayor cobertura y calidad en los cuidados de las poblaciones más vulnerables.
The work presented here will attempt to articulate the fundamental aspects established in the framework of the 2016-2020 National Plan of Care with the reality of a process of implementation of the Community Nursing Home for Early Childhood, in rural areas. Trying to investigate constructively in this social policy and the aspects to improve for greater coverage and quality in the care of the most vulnerable populations.
