Desde fines del siglo XX se ha suscitado una serie de transformaciones en los modos de producción capitalistas con formas de organización social propias que causan nuevas problemáticas a ser pensadas. Dichos modos de producción se caracterizan por funcionar con una misma política del deseo en el campo social, es decir, operan tomando poder sobre la subjetividad. El presente trabajo propone reflexionar sobre las relaciones de sujeción que el capitalismo establece en las diferentes organizaciones laborales, al tiempo que se analizan las subjetividades que en ellas se producen. Para ello se toman fundamentalmente los aportes de Foucault (1975, 1992) vinculados al concepto de subjetividad y a su producción en la modernidad; asimismo, se analiza la objetivación del sujeto productivo como resultado del modelo capitalístico. En relación con esto último se hallan conceptos como el de trabajo, el de empresa, el de organizaciones vinculadas a los modos de sujeción o el de producción, que serán profundizados mediante los aportes de Deleuze y Guattari (1972) respecto a las máquinas deseantes. Finalmente se concluye con una síntesis que articula los contenidos anteriores con la práctica del psicólogo en el contexto de las organizaciones laborales.
Since the end of the 20th century a number of transformations have raised in the modes of capitalist production with forms of social organization, that cause new problems to be considered. Such modes of production are characterized by functioning with the same politics of desire in the social field, that is to say, they operate taking power over subjetivity. This paper proposes to reflect on the relations of subjection that capitalism establishes in the different labour organizations, while analyzing the subjetivities that occur in them. For this, the contributions of Foucault (1975, 1992) on the concept of subjetivity and its production in modernity are taken, as well as this, the objetification of the productive subject, as a result of the capitalistic model, is analyzed. In relation to the latter are subjects such as work, business, organizations linked to the modes of subjection or production, that will be deepened by the contribution of Deleuze and Guattari (1972) regarding the desiring machines. Finally, it concludes with the synthesis that articulates the previous content with the intervention of the psichologist in the context of labour organizations.
